1. Кто обрабатывает данные

Оператор персональных данных — ИП Логинов Александр Владимирович (ИНН 590773128432), далее «мы». Политика относится к сервису «Ботодел»: боту @botodelobot, ботам, созданным в нём, приложению «Управление» и сайту botodel.uniiq.ru. Вопросы и запросы по данным: loginov.uniiq@yandex.ru.

2. Какие данные мы получаем

Данные Telegram: идентификатор, имя, username, язык, фото профиля — то, что Telegram передаёт ботам.
Сообщения и материалы: текст, голосовые, картинки, файлы и документы, которые вы или ваши собеседники отправляете боту, а также загруженные в бота знания.
Память бота: факты, заметки, дела и напоминания, которые бот сохраняет из разговоров.
Настройки: характер бота, доступ, часовой пояс, подключённые чаты.
Платежи: история подписок и списаний. Оплата проходит через Telegram Stars — данные банковских карт мы не получаем.
Данные Google — только если владелец бота сам подключил Google Таблицы (раздел 5).

3. Зачем

чтобы бот отвечал, помнил контекст, выполнял просьбы и напоминания;
чтобы вести учёт тарифа, подписок и баланса;
чтобы поддерживать работу сервиса, разбирать ошибки и защищаться от злоупотреблений.

Мы не продаём данные и не используем их для рекламы.

4. Кому передаются

Для формирования ответов фрагменты разговора, материалы и память бота передаются поставщикам моделей искусственного интеллекта, которые обрабатывают их по нашему поручению: Anthropic, DeepSeek, OpenAI, Google (через OpenRouter), DeepInfra. Часть из них находится за пределами Российской Федерации — пользуясь сервисом, вы соглашаетесь на такую трансграничную передачу. Сообщения доставляются через Telegram по его собственным правилам.

5. Данные Google

Подключение Google необязательно и делается только владельцем бота. Если он входит через Google, сервис получает:

Разрешение https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets — доступ к Google Таблицам аккаунта. Другие данные (почта, контакты, Диск, профиль) не запрашиваются.
Токены доступа OAuth — хранятся на нашем сервере, привязаны к владельцу бота и используются только для запросов к Google Sheets API от его имени.
Содержимое таблиц — ячейки, которые бот читает или записывает по просьбе владельца. Мы не копируем таблицы целиком и не храним их содержимое отдельно; прочитанные строки могут остаться в истории переписки с ботом как часть ответа.

Как используется: только чтобы выполнить прямую просьбу владельца в чате с его ботом — например, «добавь расходы за октябрь» или «сколько потратили на офис». Для формирования ответа нужные ячейки передаются модели ИИ (раздел 4) в рамках этой просьбы.

Данные Google не продаются, не используются для рекламы, профилирования и оценки платёжеспособности.
Данные Google не используются для обучения или улучшения моделей ИИ — ни наших, ни чужих.
Данные Google не передаются третьим лицам, кроме поставщиков ИИ, которые обрабатывают их только для ответа владельцу, и случаев, требуемых законом.
Люди не читают данные из таблиц, кроме случаев, когда владелец сам об этом попросил, это нужно для безопасности или требуется законом.

Отзыв и удаление: доступ отзывается в настройках аккаунта Google (myaccount.google.com/permissions) или запросом на loginov.uniiq@yandex.ru — токены удаляются в течение 7 дней, вместе с ними пропадает доступ к таблицам.

Использование и передача данных, полученных от Google API, соответствуют Google API Services User Data Policy, включая требования Limited Use.

6. Хранение и удаление

Данные хранятся, пока существует бот или аккаунт, и защищены: доступ к серверу ограничен, резервные копии шифруются. По запросу на loginov.uniiq@yandex.ru мы удалим ваши данные или память бота о вас в течение 30 дней, кроме сведений о платежах, которые нужно хранить по закону.

7. Ваши права

Вы можете узнать, какие данные о вас хранятся, исправить или удалить их, отозвать согласие на обработку. Напишите на loginov.uniiq@yandex.ru.

8. Дети

Сервис не предназначен для лиц младше 14 лет.

9. Изменения

Мы можем обновлять политику. Новая редакция публикуется на этой странице с датой.

Privacy Policy — Botodel

Effective October 10, 2026

1. Who we are

Botodel (Ботодел) is a service for creating personal AI assistant bots in Telegram, available via @botodelobot, the bots created with it, their “Manage” mini app, and the website botodel.uniiq.ru. The data controller is individual entrepreneur Aleksandr Loginov (ИП Логинов Александр Владимирович, INN 590773128432). Contact: loginov.uniiq@yandex.ru.

2. Data we collect

Telegram data: user ID, name, username, language and profile photo, as provided by Telegram to bots.
Messages and content: text, voice messages, images, files and documents sent to a bot, and knowledge the owner uploads.
Bot memory: facts, notes, tasks and reminders the bot saves from conversations.
Settings: bot personality, access rules, time zone, connected chats.
Payments: subscription and balance history. Payments are made with Telegram Stars; we never receive card details.
Google user data — only if the bot owner connects Google Sheets (section 5).

3. How we use data

To let the bot reply, remember context and carry out requests and reminders; to manage plans, subscriptions and balance; to operate the service, fix errors and prevent abuse. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

4. Sharing

To generate replies, relevant parts of the conversation, materials and bot memory are sent to AI model providers that process them on our behalf: Anthropic, DeepSeek, OpenAI, Google (via OpenRouter) and DeepInfra. Some of them are located outside Russia. Messages are delivered through Telegram under Telegram's own terms. We do not share data with anyone else except where required by law.

5. Google user data

Connecting Google is optional and is done only by the bot owner. If the owner signs in with Google, Botodel accesses:

Scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets — the owner's Google Sheets. We do not request email, contacts, Drive, profile or any other Google data.
OAuth tokens — stored on our server, linked to the bot owner, and used only to call the Google Sheets API on the owner's behalf.
Spreadsheet contents — the cells the bot reads or writes at the owner's request. We do not copy entire spreadsheets or store their contents separately; rows that were read may remain in the chat history with the bot as part of a reply.

How we use it: only to fulfil the owner's explicit request in the chat with their bot — for example, “add October expenses” or “how much did we spend on the office”. To produce the reply, the relevant cells are sent to an AI model provider (section 4) for that request only.

Google user data is not sold and is not used for advertising, profiling or credit assessment.
Google user data is not used to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine-learning models, ours or anyone else's.
Google user data is not transferred to third parties except to AI providers processing it solely to answer the owner, or as required by law.
No human reads Google user data unless the owner asks us to, it is necessary for security, or it is required by law.

Revoking access and deletion: revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions or email loginov.uniiq@yandex.ru; we delete the stored tokens within 7 days, which ends access to the spreadsheets.

Botodel's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Storage, security and retention

Data is kept while the bot or account exists. Server access is restricted, connections use TLS, backups are encrypted. On request we delete your data or the bot's memory about you within 30 days, except payment records we must keep by law.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data and withdraw consent by emailing loginov.uniiq@yandex.ru.

8. Children

The service is not intended for children under 14.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the new version is published on this page with its date.
